A Service Manager reached out to you in regards to this and was unable to reach you. We also apologize but, we only received one request for a re-treatment. Although our products are not very effective treating Japanese beetles, we can still treat for spiders and remove webs. There is a very limited time window to treat Japanese beetles and be effective, which is in spring as the trees are blooming. However, it is currently peak spider season and we are more than happy to protect your home from them. We as a company take your feedback very seriously, as we continue to refine our efforts to provide current and potential customers with the best possible deals and pest solutions.
