"Brennan was one of three bids I received. He was very competitively priced and he also was extremely responsive! He met me on our closing day (when it was somewhat chaotic) and his initial bid was very detailed. He stopped back at our house and adjusted numbers after we ended up uncovering some plaster issues in our closet.
