"Oscar was very responsive and came out based on being in the area already. As this is a problem our home has had in the past, it was nice to see a different perspective from our last plumber. Oscar was fair in his assessment and took an approach to the problem that was unique from our last plumber. This small difference resulted in less cost (no toilet removal) and less mess overall. He will definitely be the first call for our future Drain or Sewer issues, which I hope we don't have."

We just needed a little work done to update a couple of lines and get them up to code and functional again. The techs also took the time to explain to me what current code is in the industry, which was most welcome. They also noted I had a surge supresor on one panel, but not a sub panel, so we added that in. As an IT guy with a lot of electronics around the house, keeping the numerous devices safe from a power surge is important to me. What the other installers fail to realize is a small job today may lead to bigger jobs down the line. My wife and I plan to rebuild our garage in the next year or two and install a level II charger for an electric vehicle as well as bring the house up to code as we finish remodeling it. The other values in McDonough’s services are several having the equipment and personnel trained and available is paramount to this no matter how big a job has gotten they have never stopped until it was completed! The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. "Emergency sewer line repair done very quickly and without extensive front entry disruption….no digging up of the front grass or sidewalk, no removal of the porch and steps. Not an easy job, but they were able to dig underneath the porch stoop and fix a break of unknown cause. I was back in my house much sooner than expected and a very reasonable cost. All is working well again. I highly recommend.."
