"We used Finken when we built our new home. They were so helpful from beginning to end and now with service these last 5.5 years. We love the automatic deliveries of salt and reverse osmosis filters. We were previous water dispenser customers also and the automatic water jug deliveries were also great! We recently had them out as our Reverse Osmosis system was making a buzzing sound and they were quick to diagnose and provide a fix. "It was very good. There were two of them and they were very courteous and thoughtful in saving us money from buying a new water softener. They rebuilt it instead. They were very clean. They kept the snow off of their shoes. They have a separate indoor shoes."

"I have been in the same home with well water for 40 years. Compared to all the various service contractors I have hired over the years Mat is among the very best. I really appreciated that he took the time to clean and flush the well. A lot of iron flushed out, he kept going until the well was totally cleared out. No. You should never directly drain a water softener into a sewer cleanout. This practice is illegal in many areas because it could allow raw sewage to get into your drinking water and make you seriously ill.
