Z'S Plumbing

In my last review of a previous project (5 stars), I mentioned I would be using Jim / Z’s Plumbing again :) I certainly did and this time I needed Jim to COMPLETELY Re-plumb one of my 2nd floor bathrooms as well as replace copper with pex for a large number of existing pipes in my suspended ceiling in my first floor laundry/bath room. As expected, Jim / Z’s Plumbing did AWSOME work, and did it very quickly! The city required us to update a lot of the plumbing once the walls were opened up, and they did an great job at a very fair price!

Jim came over within 24 hours of me contacting him. He identified my leak immediately and allowed me to make the decision if I wanted to make the repair (silicone caulking of bath tub) or he could do it. Very kind of him considering he could just have done it and charged me. He also fixed my bath tub faucet after it was poorly installed by a previous owner with a huge gap between the wall and the faucet. He was on-time, efficient, professional and affordable!

Jim is fantastic, solved some recurring problems we had with a bath drain (whoever did the work before we bought this house was negligent) as well as replacing an outdoor garden faucet that broken off. Jim went out of his to find a specialty part, drive across town to get it and didn't charge us any extra I'd hire Jim again!

Jim arrived on time and started on the project, a leaking faucet that needed replacement. I had purchased the new faucet which Jim was fine with. The job was completed swiftly. We talked about replacing my old bathroom toilet. Jim is great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Jim came on a rescue mission on a referral from a friend to discover the cause of a leak. Jim is a professional, fixed the problem and even helped us locate a part for another plumbing problem in our house... all at an incredibly reasonable price. We finally found a great plumber! Thanks Jim!

Price was extremely reasonable; much less than I expected. He was extremely professional but very courteous, very pleasant; fun to talk to cared about his work.Talked a lot about his personal life, nothing extremely personal. Very personable and sociable. He talked about his family, it was like having a friend over. This was my first experience using Z's Plumbing. I have used other plumbers in the past and decided I just was not satisfied with them so that's when I went onto Angieslist and found Z's Plumbing.

Jim gets an A+ from me. He's professional, personable, punctual, and reasonable with his costs.

Great! The home service repair company failed to tell Z's Plumbing that they broke the disposal and that it needed to be replaced in order to hook up the dishwasher, so Jim had to make two trips out and squeeze us in to his schedule, which he did at a time that worked for us. He also picked up the disposal to install it. And best of all, he made sure there were no leaks before he left :). He was efficient, professional and friendly. Very happy with the service provided. I don't know the charges as the home service company that caused the damage will be paying the bill, but the other reviews appear that his fees are reasonable. I have some small plumbing projects I need to get done and Z's Plumbing is who I plan to call. We also are referring him to a family member who is remodeling the house they just bought who is in need of a good plumber.

Jim was busy but gladly squeezed us into his schedule. He was honest and extremely friendly.  It took about 2 hours and the work looks fantastic.  I would recommend him to anyone and will gladly use him for future plumbing needs

All things went well on this work and in all previous work. Mr. Zondlo is punctual, friendly, understanding, and professional. To top it off, he leaves the workplace as clean as he found it, usually better, and last but not least, he is trustworthy. I would recommend his business to anyone, and have done that with friends.
