"The dishwasher wiring that Randy's installed in my home fried out 6 months after they did the work, almost causing a fire in my home. Luckily the circuit breaker enabled to cut power. In the doing the work, Randy's said my Bosch dishwasher had to be hardwired vs. how Bosch sent from the factory. Randy's rewired the Bosch wire box which did not work after they left and they had to come back out because the box was "arcing" and causing the circuit breaker to enact. This should have raised alarms with Randy's but no. Eventually the box melted down, which I did not initially know, causing us to purchase a new dishwasher only to find out by Warners Stellian that the box was fried. Randy's did engage in discussions on the topic but accepted no accountability, initially denying they even did the work. After pressing the issue they finally admitted to rewiring the box but said they can't accept accountability because it was provided by them. When pressed on why they would rewire a Bosch electrical box they would never support vs. installing their own box - they had no answer and said it was a good question. They admitted they should have probably installed their own box and not touched the Bosch box but would still not accept any accountability for their poor workmanship. I was glad to see Randy's admit they should approach these situations differently in the future but very disappointed they would not admit to fault here or warranty the work. Randy's did not act in good faith and I would not use them again. For reference, they were at my house for 4 hours and I was charged $2700 for the work (multiple small projects). They are one of the most expensive outfits you can hire and they claim you get what you pay for. Apparently I paid for a near fire in my house and a $1500 dishwasher opportunity. Disappointed."

"I was referred to Friendly Electric by my plumber to do the electrical work for a dishwasher installation. Justin let me know right away that the scope of the work and costs depended on the type of breaker we currently had. He asked for information over the phone so he was prepared for either scenario and I was prepared for potential cost and time differences. He adjusted what they were doing in the middle of the job to make it easier for the plumber. I found out shortly before they arrived that I needed an outlet moved to install the microwave/range hood. He generously took time for that additional work while he and Kody were here. Wonderful customer service. Great communication. Careful to make sure everything is prepared for inspection. I look forward to working with them on future projects."

I made my choice of going with a full maintenance which was very reasonable and he immediately began working on the problem and resolved in an hour remotely. He noted if they found there was a need for different virus software he would let us know. He provided recommendations on software we had that was not needed and may cause problems and gave some good general tips.
