"Ariel from Lifetime Construction inspected the damage to my wall and intelligently discussed what needed to be done to repair it. He was knowledgeable and gave me what I thought was a fair quote of $1,800. The two other quotes I got for the same job were for $2,950. and $4,800. I am very familiar with home construction work as I have lived in my home since 1961 and have had 2 major add-ons and several inside remodels done during the past 59 years. Lifetime Construction showed up precisely on time for appointments ( a rarity among contractors) and performed the work as contracted. I would definitely use them again. "Bill did all the finishing work on the basement we are completing. Bill started working for us after we had just let another trim worker go because of his poor workmanship. Bill not only showed excellent quality of work, but he fixed all of the mistakes the 1st guy we hired did. "Dan was amazing. He is personable, kind, intelligent and has great ideas and know his craft. We had others bid and he had ideas, no one else had. He knows his subs and they respect him. He took extra time to show my wife how to learn things too. I am very particular and he was attentive to all our requests. We are exceptionally pleased with how our room turned out and as the process went, we created ideas with Dan for our next project, once some more money is saved for phase two of the basement. "Steve and his team did an amazing job on our two bathrooms. One was completely gutted and we got a new, level floor; bigger shower; custom made cabinetry and all new plumbing...all in a small space. The other got a new floor, new custom cabinetry and new plumbing and countertop. Steve has high standards which stretched our budget to the max but in the end it was all worth it. He is excellent at communicating and getting back to us quickly when we had concerns or questions. If any little thing was not done right, he would send someone back to fix it (even one year later with a small crack that developed in some caulking.) 1.5 years later we are still thrilled with our bathrooms. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but he helped us think through design possibilities as well. Thank you, Steve and team! p.s. it took a little longer than we expected and there were bumps in the road but isn't that the way it always happens with remodeling? Bottom line....we are so happy with the results."
