He called right away and explained clearly our options for addressing the computer problems we had. I made my choice of going with a full maintenance which was very reasonable and he immediately began working on the problem and resolved in an hour remotely. He noted if they found there was a need for different virus software he would let us know. He provided recommendations on software we had that was not needed and may cause problems and gave some good general tips. He deleted the unnecessary software and noted that the Windows operating software now has these features built in. He did not feel we needed to purchase any different virus software. I appreciated that he was patient, and not pushy or judgmental. He truly helped. Thanks Rahsan.

Extremely knowledgeable company regarding my significant computer issues. Following a thorough explanation of the problem and a quote in advance, the computer was picked up at my home and returned within in a day of my request, with a rebuilt hard drive and memory added - works like a new computer! Great communication the entire time my machine was being worked on. Excellent value for all that was done and they were very personable and easy to communicate with. I canâ t recommend Nanosystems highly enough! Excellent work in a very timely manner for a reasonable price.

Ask for help setting up a Roomba and printer. I asked the printer to be connected to my computer and my phone. When they left. I found the instructions in the Roomba and another piece of equipment that was not dealt with. The printer is still not working on the computer or the telephone. I asked for a remote connection with the phone. And it did not solve the problem. Then they wanted to charge me, and I said no, because I am an unhappy customer.

Responded immediately, listened to my concerns and need and then proceeded to take care of my problems and concerns in a short period of time.
