Bryan from RPI-Naples did an outstanding job installing our Nest Doorbell and two digital door locks. From start to finish, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was installed perfectly. We used RPI of Naples for two projects. The first was setting up a mesh network to alleviate spotty Internet signals. We had reached a point of complete frustration and Bryan and his team. Went above and beyond. Our Internet is warp speed now and we have avfull signal in every corner of our property inside and out, including a detached guest house. We never imagined it was possible. The second project was installing a home, surround sound system and wall mounted 8K TV. Once again, RPI exceeded our expectations. The precision and attention to detail was outstanding. We highly recommend. RPI for any and all projects in the electronics realm. Bryan and this company gets an A++.

Bryan is very knowledgable when it came to removing 2 google cameras exterior and replaced them along with 2 new cameras! For a total of 4. Bryan has great communication and responds within a reasonable amount of time!! I highly recommend RPI

Brian was very professional and Knowledgeable! He was quick to call back and was very informative on the call and made me feel confident he knew network wire repairs. He set an appointment that was only a day or so out. He fixed all my network wiring that I tried to DYI myself and messed it up. He completed the work in a reasonable time and cost. Great company to deal with! I highly recommend!

Great guts! Great job. Update..11/20...They arrived and were here about 30 minutes. They plugged in the sub and the sound bar. Nothing was properly programmed on either TV they worked on. Very incompetent. I stopped payment on their check. After waiting five days for them to return and do the work properly they texted 30 minutes prior to tell me I had to pay cash or Venmo or Zelle. I stated I would pay by credit card. Not good enough for these thugs. They are threatening a senior citizen!

RPI Naples LLC / I have lived in southwest Florida for over 3 decades, while searching for a good company to rework my entire Home Theater system I made several calls to have this work done, I chose this company for good reason. Their response was the way it should be, they followed up the same day I phoned them. They were at my home the following business day ready to see what was involved & what I needed. They made some recommendations I myself was overlooking, & were back installing & fitting the new speakers & receiver in the designated areaâ s. They also needed to do some modifications to my built-in ceiling speakers & made them look like they were there from day one. I intend on having them back after seeing their capabilities to do some other work in the future that I had been putting off thinking I would need a different trade to come in. Lastly, after I saw what they accomplished in one day, I have decided to have them back to do 2 other rooms with speakers in the house. Over the years I have hired good & bad, these guys deserved a good send-off for the quality, efficiency & cleanliness in which they performed their work. You won't be disappointed, Iâ m fussy.

The project is performing as planned. They came in on budget and on time. They answer your calls and the training was excellent.
