"MISSING TIME ON ISSUE AND MONEY I had a mixed experience with Randy's Electric regarding my recent service appointment. Bateman was scheduled to come on October 27th, but unfortunately, the tenant was absent, and he couldn't access the property. The following day, Brian Ringgenberg arrived and provided the necessary service. He was very professional and informed me that there would be no charge for the missed appointment on October 27th since it was so close to the previous day and that it would all be consolidated into a single bill for the current service, which involved assessing the situation and changing some fuses. However, I encountered an issue when I checked my credit card statement a week later. To my surprise, I noticed that I had been double charged for the service. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the refund of $199.00."

"My synthetic grass was installed in my 5000 square foot front yard 3 years ago. It's been through 3 winters and it looks as good today as it did when it was installed. We tried for 10 years at great expense to grow grass but because we have so much shade and because our yard is so steep we were never successful. I knew that synthetic turf was the only answer and I called 3 companies for estimates and samples. When compared to the other samples, ForeverLawn's grass was by far the highest quality. "We have a beautiful outcome but we did 75% of the sanding of the deck and 25% of the patio furniture to meet our quality standards. We were told they were meeting industry standards which we did not believe. There were many late arrivals and even two no shows on the part of his subcontractor. The owner was responsive to our complaints but when he saw we could make the deck wood look new by dedicating time to sanding he did concede we were right. Based on the age alone at first we did not feel he agreed it could be achieved. After his subcontractor left we would go over his sanding even of the patio furniture. We were told all boards that needed replacement were part of the estimate but we had to find them, usually after our finger would pop through in order for him to finally change out all of the rotting boards. He took before and after pics, telling us after the fact for advertising, they are not accurate of his subcontractors work. And despite putting in a combined 32 hours of hard labor sanding, as the owners, we were offered no discount for how this all played out. His subcontractor did two things well, power wash and staining. But he used no eye for detail like we had been promised ahead of time. We will consider hiring the owner for future jobs if he does the work himself but never again with a subcontractor."
