I received a quote from someone else the was much higher, and the sales person used scare tactics to convince me I needed work done that wasn't necessary. The Houle sales person talked through the whole process with me, and addressed all of my concerns, and specifically told me that some of the things the other sale guys told me were needs were not needed, and he was not interested in spending my money on unnecessary work. I appreciated the integrity of this company. The work was done quickly, and is was done well. I can't wait to see the savings on my heating bill this winter!"
