He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. "The company is always pleasant to work with.  The prices quoted seemed fair and they did everything quickly and correctly from the get-go.  Josh did the siding on the four gables and siding on the garage door frame and also the chimney repairs.  He is a great person to work with, staying late to finish each day he was here.  The insulation was done by cutting through the roof, because of the small vault of the roof, and by removing tiles to blow it in on the sides.  They do nice work and great clean-up.
I wouldn't use any other company for needs like this.  Great job!"

     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
