"Excellent experience with this local company. Down-to-earth and personable owner, who was one of the two workers to complete the job. I appreciated the flat-rate pricing, which was honored for a larger home with air ducts that definitely needed cleaning. The owner twice showed me "before" and "after" photos to demonstrate what they actually did (a nice touch) and offered to send them to me in order to share with my wife (who wasn't present). I added the furnace cleaning option, which was provided at a slightly reduced rate (as opposed to an individual service call for that purpose), as well as cleaning out the dryer (just the unit, not the venting, which I completely replaced later). These add-ons were not forced, but simply offered as options "while we're here" -- thus both convenient and affordable. No complaints working with this company."

He even called about 90min before arriving, perfectly within the window of time we had originally scheduled. Justin and his partner Ryan were awesome. "We contacted Aquarius Water Conditioning & Plumbing Inc.   The sales representative who came out to our home was Derek and he did a very professional presentation of his company's products and services.  He tested our water and asked us about our typical water use. Based on our input and his explanation of his products we concluded that the Kinetico 2060 system would best fit our needs.  Derek helped arrange a financing option for us and advised we could set up an installation date the next day.  I had a question about a promotional offer the next day and spoke to Eric in the sales department.  He resolved our question very quickly and satisfactorily and made room in his company's busy schedule to have the system installed the next day.  Joe was the installation tech who came to our home promptly the next day.  Joe obviously knows his stuff and had the system installed in less than two hours.  Despite a minor mishap in removing our old system, the system was installed and the instructions explained to us in easy to understand language.  We are very pleased with our new water softening system and would not hesitate to recommend Aquarius to anyone in need of a water softener system.
