"Absolutely excellent service! After noticing that water was coming into my chimney when it rained, I started seeking inspections and estimates to figure out the scope of the problem. Pisani Contracting was the only one that offered a range of work options, rather than only the most drastic and expensive one, and while I did opt in the end to have the chimney rebuilt rather than patched, the offer was much appreciated. Despite the crazy conditions of late 2021, between weather delays due to rain, material shortages, and a packed schedule of work, Greg and his crew managed to fit the repair in and completed it in just two days. The whole team was very professional, and on top of the chimney work, they even touched up a few spots of masonry around the exterior of the house! The final product looks amazing, and it completely fixed the issues I was having. Just make sure you call from a Michigan number: having moved from out of state, the cell phone I use for most calls does not have a Michigan area code, and every time I called trying to schedule an estimate, the call went to voice mail; it was only when I called from my work number, which does have a Michigan area code, that I was able to get through to set things up. It was an extremely hard job due to the location and getting the flow properly done from the porch which was in the front of the house, winding all the way to the back along the garage and to the patio.
