"Excellent as planned. Very neat and efficient. Urgently needed work was performed during winter month which was specially set up with a heat supply to cure the masonry. Choice of brick match up with our 65 year old existing brick turned out to be very attractive. Line item breakout in the initial quote was a bit confusing but the bottom line price was reasonable for the Quality of service and end product. They did a great job, were very professional, and I was able to get the project scheduled quickly after I received my quote. Pricing was very reasonable. "Absolutely excellent service! After noticing that water was coming into my chimney when it rained, I started seeking inspections and estimates to figure out the scope of the problem. Pisani Contracting was the only one that offered a range of work options, rather than only the most drastic and expensive one, and while I did opt in the end to have the chimney rebuilt rather than patched, the offer was much appreciated. Despite the crazy conditions of late 2021, between weather delays due to rain, material shortages, and a packed schedule of work, Greg and his crew managed to fit the repair in and completed it in just two days. The whole team was very professional, and on top of the chimney work, they even touched up a few spots of masonry around the exterior of the house! The final product looks amazing, and it completely fixed the issues I was having. I would recommend Pisani Contracting to anyone looking to get an estimate on work done, and should I need any further repairs at my house, I will give them a call first thing. Just make sure you call from a Michigan number: having moved from out of state, the cell phone I use for most calls does not have a Michigan area code, and every time I called trying to schedule an estimate, the call went to voice mail; it was only when I called from my work number, which does have a Michigan area code, that I was able to get through to set things up. "I paid $18,150 for 2 concrete driveways. Definitely not the cheapest bid so I expected a top notch experience. Unfortunately it was far from that. This was 10 times more stressful than it should have been. The foreman was very difficult to deal with through the job. This company does not subscribe to "the customer is always right" philosophy. It was a huge ordeal whenever an issue arose. We had one of the driveways drawn up to be a certain way but the forms were completely different and the driveway was going to be zig-zagged. The foreman spoke to me like I was crazy to want the driveway we agreed on in writing. And the way he had the forms set looked ridiculous. Stevie Wonder would not have liked it. The foreman argued with me about how I was wrong and how much work it would be to remove the forms. I said this isn’t what I want or what we agreed on. Thankfully John then showed up and helped us fix the situation and the forms were moved. The cement has huge drop-offs in 2 places and I feel they should have told me how bad the drop offs would be. No one likes extra costs but for what I paid I wanted it done right. But unfortunately it's not right. There's giant dips where the new concrete meets the old and I was not aware that would be the case. Before a job is done it should be gone over with the customer to make sure they know what to expect and what should be done to make it look the way it should. I am just a homeowner I have never had concrete poured so I didn't know what to look for. They also did a concrete job across the street from me at the same time. I actually got them that job. They finished that job first and had extra concrete left over. So instead of just dumping the concrete somewhere, they decided to start the sidewalk in front of my house. Well by the time the new batch of concrete arrived, the old concrete had begun to harden so when they brushed the sidewalk, the old was too dry to brush and they had to force it and it looks noticeably different. While preparing the base for my driveway they dumped a bunch of rocks on my lawn as well as a bunch of cement. I've been working on fixing the damage to my lawn for months. One spot on the sidewalk looks like they used a twig to make the expansion joint. The company they hired to saw cut the curb for my new driveway screwed up while sawing and they carved a chunk out of the street in front of my driveway’s approach. The underground drain had to be dug up and re-positioned because it was too high. The concrete is done and it does the job but for what I paid I expected higher quality and better service. I would not hire this company again.show more

"5 Star was prompt, I didn't have to worry about them not showing up. My experience with this company was 1st the bathroom vanities were ordered the wrong size because he assumed they were a standard size instead of measuring, and I felt like he was trying to convince me to like them, however, new ones were ordered. I remember in the conversation about the vanities, that he said I was to blame also because he sent me pictures, still after the fact that they were already ordered. 2nd the clean up is not to my liking, I am not sure if drop cloths were used, but it didn't seem like it, there was a extra trash can that came from somewhere and I told him that it was not mine, and he asks am I sure. I know what is mine or not. 3rd, I had a puppy bowl that they took upon themselves to use to put what I guess drywall mud in. Why are you using my belongings? There was paint or drywall mud tracked on the garage floor, the owner claimed that it wasn't from them, however, he did clean it.show more
