"The craftsmanship was perfect. From tearing out the old floor, cement board installation, tiling and grout- it is flawless. They took great detail and time to cut pieces without piecing as well as every tile was articulately off set. They left each day with the house clean, great communication and amazing work ethic! "Nick was Outstanding!. He removed & replaced 2 floor tiles in our bathroom. He was hesitant to take the job, because it involved replacing tile that had been removed to repair NU-HEAT heated floor. "Mr. Backsplash did a wonderful job. Everything looks beautiful and just how I had imagined. They cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to work with. "David did an amazing job! He cut ceramic tile backsplash in my kitchen to accommodate a microwave oven that is larger than the previous one. He even attached the microwave bracket locating the wall studs & bolted in place with 3 heavy screws. Microwave is very heavy as it's an air fryer & oven. He will be coming back to do some grouting, clean & seal master bath & spare bath tiles as well as caulking around sinks & bath tub. He's very nice, was easy to communicate with, went above & beyond what was expected of him, I highly recommend the Grout Medic of Rochester Hills for any grouting/tiling work that you want done!!!"
