"The work took 1 week.  They showed up when they said they would.  Communication was excellent.  Gary, the owner of the company was on site working along side his crew every day of the job.  All quoted work was completed and then some.   Gary  added about 10 feet of trench not included in the original scope of work because he felt the system would perform better.  They dug under stairs, around corners and behind my boiler. 
Some other basement waterproofing contractors we spoke with do  not pull permits.   We are very happy that this job was permitted and the cost of all permits was included in the quote.  During our excavation our water main developed a leak.  Gary's relationship with the city and with his plumber meant the damage was repaired the same day.

Pisani was the lower (40% lower) of two estimates I received from well-rated Angie List providers (the lower pricing may have been a special case because I had a small job which perhaps fit into the early spring weather which may limit the types of jobs masons can commit to). Gregg was easy to talk to and took the time to explain what was needed to do the job right. I was pleased that they schedule the job even earlier than I thought they could when we had temporary break in the rainy colder weather. His people came on time and were very professional and efficient in doing the job. I was very satisfied with the results. Gregg came at the end of the job to make sure I was satisfied and everything had been done right and in accordance with what we had agreed. It was an extremely hard job due to the location and getting the flow properly done from the porch which was in the front of the house, winding all the way to the back along the garage and to the patio. They did a fantastic job on everything. It looks beautiful. I even called them back for a few repairs and they were prompt to get here and to take care any problems.
