Then "tragedy" struck, and part of the kitchen floor was ruined when the new water line to the refrigerator leaked. After advising us to wait several months for the sub-floor to dry out, Jim came out again and repaired the kitchen floor. Overall, we are happy with the new shower, but the floor needs to be addressed along with a chip in the floor ceramic tile, caused by workers."
