I received exceptional service from the Precision Garage Door team and couldn't be more satisfied. My garage door was malfunctioning, with broken springs that needed replacing. Pat Stevens from Precision Garage was outstanding—he quickly identified that the previous owner had used low-quality parts and set up a non-standard Non-safety configuration. Pat took the time to explain the issue, walk me through the necessary repairs, and completed the job swiftly at a very reasonable price. The entire installation was finished in just 40 minutes. I highly recommend them and will definitely refer them to my friends and neighbors the next time anyone needs garage door service!

Pat Stevens was my tech today to install our new Liftmaster Garage door opener... He did a fantastic job. He was flawless when walking me thru the connectivity portion of the setup and was very knowledgeable about the system. He estimated 2 hours and was done in 1.5 hours including walking me thru the setup.. very efficient.

We had a new garage door installed today by Josh Abt from Precision Garage Door. I was completely impressed with the job he and his helper did. They showed up on time and did a great job installing the new door. He corrected some mistakes the previous installer of the old door made and now it works perfectly. Josh was very thorough, the door itself is a much better door design than the old one. He showed us how to maintain it and explained the few improvements he made. He and his helper were very polite, got right down to business and had the job completed in 2 to 3 hours. I cant say enough positive things about Precision Garage Door and their installers! Top notch job. If you want the best, go to the best! Precision Garage Door Service! I'd add a video of the new door if yelp allowed me to but I don't see where I can.

Initially needed garage door repaired but also needed new motor. Jordan provided recommendations for us to consider. My wife and decided on the type of motor we wanted to replace the current motor. Jordan was very knowledgeable and completed the work with the utmost professionalism. We love our new garage door motor with all the bells and whistles.

The technician, Brian Ciminelli, arrived on time. I explained the problem I was having with the garage door not closing properly at times. Brian did an overall inspection of the garage door and opener. He pointed out areas of concern and suggested maintenance on the door. Brian also said the opener was past its normal age so he suggested a new one. We went ahead with a new opener and maintenance. I’m glad we took his suggestions! The new opener works great and is quiet.

My installation representative Terrance was prompt and professional, he took no time to have my old door taken apart and uninstalled!! he had the new door up in no time and installed. Terrance took the time to show me the maintenance on the door to keep it in tip top shape! The new door is great looking and quiet !! Terrance also gave me a piece of trim to color match to the door frame !! Overall a great job !!

My garage door was not functioning. I had to find out if it could be repaired or if a new one was needed. Unfortunately, a tree near the garage had cracked the floor and is making it lean. A new door should not be installed until these corrections are made. Unfortunately, this work is not in my budget right now. Jeff Biehms, the Technician, was able to identify the problems, explain them to me, and prepare the current door for manual operation. He assured me that the garage is sound and that the door is safe to use. He even explained what problems might develop, probably wouldn't, and what to do, in case they did. When, and if, I am able to take care of the problems, I will get that new door. It will come from Precision Garage Door.

Called Precision garage door to help with a problem with my garage door. Customer service rep was very polite and concerned with my situation. She gave me an appointment promptly. Jordan Wallace came out and all my issues were resolved. He was willing to do something extra for me . He is a great technician. I would definitely call Precision to do any work on my garage door.

This was the 3rd time that I utilized Precision Garage Door and they have been been outstanding each time. The staff at the office was very professional and personable. In the recent incident, the door was slamming when shutting. They scheduled a Technician that same day. My Technician Shawn Durecka arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled window and was above and beyond my expectations (which are already high due to my past interactions with PGD). Shawn was very knowledgable, diagnosed the issue and explained to me in detail what the issue was. He installed a new garage door opener in less than an hour and checked in with me during the process. Shawn tested the door repeatedly and made adjustments. Shawn was very personable, professional and had a fantastic demeanor. The door now opens and shuts whisper quiet. I highly recomend Precision Garage Door and Shawn Durecka!

I can't take the precision doors mid morning and was able to get the same-day appointment the afternoon. The service technician called and said that he was 20 minutes away, and he arrived within that said timeframe. When he arrived he assess the garage door and provided me a price for what needed to be done. He mentioned that he would leave a can of lubrication and that I should perform this lubrication twice a year, however he failed to mention that I was being charged $25 for the can of lubrication the way that he presented the lubrication was that I'll be leaving this can with you as if it was a courtesy item in which the company provides to all its customers I did not like that tactic at all , the work was done and I was satisfied with the service but not paying $25 for lubrication, especially when I can go and get a can at the local hardware store for $5. The up-charge is absurd. I was unable to see the cost until the bill was emailed to me. This is definitely something I don't agree with, as I keep wd40 on hand at all times.

Precision Garage Door's technician, Patrick Stevens, provided efficient service. Patrick was very pleasant, did an assessment, explained the issue in detail, and did not oversell. It was also nice that he provided service on a Sunday so I do not have to start a Monday morning with a broken garage door opener.
