Found out that Decks Unlimited was the subcontractor for one of the big box companies. I have a familiarity with residential construction, and unlike other companies, they didn't try to BS me. Again, unlike others, did not try to up sell me. L Very pleased with their work. They worked well within my HOA constraints. Just had an issue with clean up after the work was done, but I honestly believe it was because of weather, which put them behind schedule on other jobs. Who would have thought we would have rain and snow in the same week that late in the spring? I would highly recommend them."

Made a promises of a turn-key project and not even close. Did not mud and tape before painting so drywall at ceiling cracked. Left a hole under vanity cabinet, did not move a wall as agreed on. Dropped hood and damage my cooktop. Put my dishwasher outside in the rain. HVAC leak under floor. The list goes on. We will have to either complete the work ourselves or try to find a reputable company to finish. So very disappointed in the job done by Frank and Jason. I thought they were better than this. Don't waste your money with them."

They had great suggestions for improvements and helped us stay within our budget while still taking care of the things that needed to be done. They were prompt and worked quickly; the only hiccup was on our side with a delivery issue, and they were able to work around it and keep the project rolling. Bob and his team were upfront with us on everything, and I felt that I had a clear idea of how the project was moving along, next steps, and the timeline for completion. Communication was never an issue, whether via email, phone, or text. And my super picky Father in Law has even complemented the great tile work!"
