"Had a little difficulty on the installl.-tub to shower conversion. Installation measurements were not per the dimensions of the design (side walls were also completely incorrect , as one side was 30â deep and the other was 35). Not sure how that could go unnoticed. We altered the design to minimize the necessary work, as the project was several days in (and the amount of clean-up that was needed to be done by the homeowner after day two (dust everywhere in everything on the mail floor) we really wanted to minimize any more works days than necessary and by changing the design, it greatly lessened any additional cutting. Drywall repair was needed and it was very difficult to get the company to respond (the drywall repair was done very well by the company they contract with)., Would have expected a small return of the cost based on our accommodations and the missteps of the company.. It does look pretty nice, but there are small signs that the install was not quite as planned."

"Both orders went well and in a very timely and efficient fashion. Daily house disruption was minimal. Rick and Nate, the guys with their minds in the gutter - pun intended! - called ahead of their arrival and accomplished the second story gutter install very quickly band cleanly. Sealed the bracket system up very well too. Dave Ford and Zeke went at the demo and install of the shower unit said they were working on their own home, very carefully and with precision. There was residual damage as a result of the demo of the old tub/shower, not an easy thing to do in a 122 year-old home. The shower, with a four-inch high threshold, works well and the water stays inside the shower as Dave assured me it would. More importantly, my 96 year-old mother-in-law is now more safe in her bathroom. Dave consulted with us thoroughly and designed all hand bar and shower head placements with her safety in mind. I vote all four of these technicians get a raise! Atlas has been a great company with with to contract."

Even though it was past the time for changes the agent, Dylan was able to make it happen for us. I was elated! the service from sales, Mort, to customer service, to the insaller David M and his team mate was great. The job was completed in 1 day and the clean up was really good too. David communicated very well on the day of install. Very impressed and will recommend this company if asked who did our work."

"My new bathroom has been seen by all my neighbors and generally got good reactions. I was so happy to finally have a soaking tub I neglected to notice that I never received, nor got installed, a towel bar in the tub area. I tried to read my copy of the order, but it is a carbon copy and so blurry I couldn't read it. I don't even know if I would like one, but I would have liked to have chosen my response. While the crew was working (and they were very good) one of them asked where to place the bar, and then it never happened. I wish I had noticed the absence before the guys left."

He found the shower and sink drains clogged, so I called Mr. Pipey at 3:00, set up an appointment, they showed up same day from a job location down the road, assessed the issue, and rocked out my drain issues in the bathroom. They got there at 5, out by 6 - all clear. Professional, easy to work with, tenant is happy, cost was very reasonable and fair. I will use them again now at my rental house locations."
