Nate was very professional and experienced and told us what he was doing on the steps to getting are kitchen sink unclog he was here 10 mins early and got right to work and got it unlcong for now and for good if we have any more issues we will be calling service professional again

The young man who came to our home was Christopher Cutchall and two other men, I do not know their names. Very polite young men went right to work and got the job done. Any questions we had they were answered. We are pleased with work they have done. No messes were left behind everything was like it was when they came into the door. If we ever have any issues with other things, we will definitely call Service Professor again. Fast service too. Hired for two jobs, one electrical and one sewer. This was a disaster from the start. One job was to start on April 1st, however the individual whom I spoke with left the company and the job was not scheduled. Service Professor was to line the sewer main however their equipment failed and the driveway had to be dug up. The crew replaced my old cast iron pipe, however did not sand down burrs and the seal failed causing a leak and my home to smell like a urinal. A new crew came out to fix the problem and pull up the ruined carpeting. Service Professor was to install a new fuse panel. The crew worked very fast, however the crew did not listen to the inspector when it came to where the surge protector was to be located. Service Professor had to come out a second time. Both crew's left behind messes. Will never hire them again. Only reason I give 1 star was the 2 crews that cleaned up and the 2nd scheduling coordinator. If I could give negative stars I would.

Wow what a great team. Just moving into a new home, we signed up for MVP service and Jason provided a thorough assessment of needs, offered multiple (5+) options/tiers of repairs. We scheduled service and the next day Greg arrived with his team and completed everything quickly, professionally. Hands down recommend this team to anyone. I also spoke with multiple customer service agents/coordinators and everyone was so easy to work with.

I hired Service Professor for one of their drain cleaning promotions ($99 special at that time). As soon as he arrived, the tech complained and whined about the stairway in which he had to bring the auger tool (as if I could install new stairs for him). He began his work roto-tooling the drain and as soon as the smallest amount of water began to flow he started his high pressure sales pitch on their monthly subscription service. When I declined, he threatened to stop the drain clearing service because he had "legally" fulfilled his obligation to "restore flow" to the drain. This was literally 5 minutes into the work. He did stick around for another 15 minutes working on the drain. When he wrapped up his work, he suggested the best way to solve this from happening would be to spend $11,000 on a drain liner service that they offered. I now understood why they were discounting the cleaning service. He also places six 8.5" x 11" bright yellow stickers all over my basement with Service Professor's phone number and list of services on it. These are nearly impossible to remove. When you start to peel them off, the glossy side of the sticker seperates from the backing and leaves a white, paperlike residue on every surface he stuck them on. I'll never use them again.

Natalie and her assistant did a wonderful job. She explained everything that they were going to do and he worked on the kitchen drain while she worked on the bathroom drain. They got them both unclogged without any mess. I was impressed from the service from beginning to end with scheduling the appointment to the reminders and that after being called an hour before they were to arrive sent the confirmation with Natalie’s photo so I knew who would be arriving. I was also impressed that even though I had been expecting to pay $99.99 they told me of the new special and only charged me $19.99! I will definitely use your service’s again. Julie

They installed our A/C incorrectly and kept sending techs to “try” to fix it until it wasn’t covered by warranty and now they just hung up on me. One of the techs they sent said the crew that installed our system had been fired and didn’t do our install correctly. We have had issues with it every year since we got it and they refused to fix it.

Jacob DuCharme came to look at my noisy water heater. He was very nice and got along with my dog. He was very knowledgeable. He explained things well. By the time he left, I had no questions. I would love to have him back. I will definitely use Service Professor again.

We had three projects. Some electrical work to add outlets to the outside of the house, and a couple of ceiling lights in the basement. Blake & Greg were professional, friendly, and clear about the work they did. One was a quick checkup of our a/c. Jeff was also professional, friendly, and clear about the work he was doing. We learned some things that will help us plan ahead for future work. The final project was some plumbing work that grew. We have an older house. The initial project was a leak on a faucet with some seized up fittings. Nick was great about trying to keep the project within my original hopes, but the piping behind the faucet was too old, and crumbled away every time he tried to connect to it. When the end of the day came around, it was clear that it was time for a re-piping. We knew this was in the cards, but hoped to avoid it. Nick did his very best to help us, but sometimes it just has to happen. When the re-piping team arrived (Steve, Madison, Riley), they were--as I have come to expect--professional, friendly, and transparent about what was going on. In all three cases, the people in to do the work were quick, but not rushed, and took the time to do the job that they came to do, rather than seeming like there was another job they had to get to and this was in the way. Very good all around.
