"Premier Home Pros converted my bathtub to a walk in shower in November 2024. The shower is beautiful and functional. I’m a senior citizen and I uneasy climbing into the tub to shower. The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I wish I had done this several years ago. I highly recommend this company."

His original quote was very fair and his honest approach made what could be a stressful situation very comfortable. Luke was assigned to complete the project. "We had a bathtub/shower combo removed and a new stone shower with plumbing, glass door, and shelving installed. Overall the process was very smooth. Everything was on time from the consultation meeting in home to the install. Consultation with multiple options to go over for the shower walls, doors, fixtures. Does take about 1-2 months to get materials since it is all custom which was not a problem for us. Able to complete the job in 2 days. Great finished product. Did end up having to cut the back middle piece in half due to our stairs curves but went over all the options with us before. Shower has been up for almost a week and we love it! Overall would hire again."
