"We had been seeing Renaissance Restoration ads in the Grosse Pointe News for a while, so when it was time for renovations we decided to give them a call for a quote on our work. Mr. Craig, the owner came out and talked to us about our kitchen project as well as flooring. The amount of time they spent blew away the competition. They were genuinely interested in the details and the project. During the entire time of the project we were made to feel that our investment in the project was secondary to the detail and perfection of the whole scope. I wish more companies had an old fashioned attitude like Renaissance, where the craft is still the most important part."

"I am so pleased with the outcome. The lower level of my tri-level home was flooded with the recents rains. The workman were on time and were very professional. There was pride in the workmanship. "I would give them 5 stars. They went over and beyond my expectations. Professional, courteous and completed the services on time. They went beyond the renovations that I asked for. They are really awesome. Any troubles I had they were able to resolve very quickly. Great customer service."

"I had a leak and was unable to determine the source of the leak. I requested someone come out and install a leak diverter while I investigated. Express came out and assesses the situation and suggested it was most likely coming from the windows. He took some pictures and called back with a price. I though the price was high, but I was in a pinch, so I said OK. He came back on the scheduled day, removed the old caulk, put down new caulk, an no more leak! I have since spoken with some friends and have been informed the price was fair, I am frugal. Overall they did an excellant job and very responsive.

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."
