APS was recommended to me by Servpro, who cleaned up my basement. APS came in, gave me a quote, provided financing and were working on my basement within weeks. Doug Cole came in and fixed the drywall, mudded the walls, installed the flooring and was done in 3 1/2 days and he was here by himself. Doug showed up when he said he would, worked on my basement non-stop, and was super courteous and willing to explain everything he was working on and had completed. Doug also cleaned up behind himself and even vacuumed the stairs.

Roy, Dan, Doug, Scott and crews prepped basement for drainage system. And replaced drywall and painted areas needed. All seemed conscientious and serious about properly completing work assignments and great attitude between them. All crew members were pleasant to have around!

Thank you to the entire APS team for my bathroom remodel, everyone was a pleasure to work with. I love my new bathroom. I appreciate Regina’s assistance with picking out tiles, the counter top, cabinets and ensuring all items required for my bath room were not missed. Thank you to Dave for getting some supplemental items needed for the installation. Thank you Sean for all the work done and communication once demolition started and until completion. It was greatly appreciated.

APS did a great job fixing a crack in our foundation in our basement. They also repaired a cracked water line. Doug and Scott were the main workers on the job, and they were VERY kind, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They were very punctual and clean and did a nice job communicating with others in the company when we had questions. They were very hard workers who care about their reputation. Roy was also great to work with and did an amazing job trying to match new trim to the custom trim that we had. We are pleased with the results!

Doug Cole and Shawn were a fabulous team. They were both timely, very personable, they were professional and kept me well informed. Shawn introduced the job to me. He was there often, doing his part on the job, making sure I knew who was coming and what was being done daily. I appreciate that. Doug worked tirelessly from start to finish and did a GREAT job. APS Residential completed the prep and rebuild of our finished and unfinished basement during a waterproofing project. The crew, led by Dan, was friendly, knowledgeable and mindful with a newborn in the house. The execution and scheduling with Regina and Shannon could not have been easier to deal with. We're pleased with the quality of work, which was completed on time and within budget. We highly recommend APS Residential for construction needs.

We worked with Rick (sales), Regina (selections) and Nick & Justin (they completed the work) and were very pleased with APS. It was our first time using them. They were professional, kind, and did a great job. They always showed up when they said they would and worked hard. I've recommended them to many friends and family, and will definitely use them again the future. Nick and Justin were very patient, answered the million questions I had, and I felt very comfortable having them in my house even if I wasn't able to be there.

APS assisted another company to waterproof and rebuild my basement. It was a big project with lots of moving parts, especially for a first-time homeowner, but the staff at APS helped make it go smoothly. From Kendall Taylor, who handled schedules and set up inspections, to Scott Daniels and Darrick Wallace, who installed insulation, drywall and flooring, everyone was pleasant and professional. Scott and Darrick were careful and precise, no easy task when putting up drywall around sump-pump pipes. The painting is up to me now, but I get to do it over smooth walls and properly flushed molding. Kudos to the team; I am grateful for their dedication.

Excellent all around! They do spectacular work. Knowledgeable in many areas. We had them busy with several projects and are beyond happy. Everyone was kind and considerate and helpful if we had any questions. Thanks to Roy and Trista and everyone else we worked with! Great team.

We worked with Rick, Regina and Dan. They were all helpful and very competent. The subcontractors were also outstanding. This is the third project we have hired this company to complete.

Everything was about my dealings with APS was professional, courteous and timely. Dan and Scott were extremely professional and took their time to rebuild my basement. I wish there were more stars to give:) We hired APS after a large tree damaged our house. We were in need of other repairs too, and they were willing and happy to do it all! They even built my she-shed kit for me:) Roy, Trista and Kendall have been so great. They keep in touch, so were never wondering what the next step is. They've dealt with the city and insurance agents. And, something we don't always find, they genuinely care. Not only about the quality of their work, but that you are happy and as stress free as possible:) The crew that has been here working, Eric, Scott, Brian we can't say enough good things! Professional, quality work, and the nicest guys!! Seriously, I could go on and on, but I think you can tell we are very happy with APS.

Dan, Moe, and Kendall have been great. Working with FSM, they have gone the extra mile to make sure the job is done well. I'd be happy to hire them again for future projects, and hope I'd get Dan and Moe onsite again!
