Mr. Craig, the owner came out and talked to us about our kitchen project as well as flooring. The amount of time they spent blew away the competition. They were genuinely interested in the details and the project. During the entire time of the project we were made to feel that our investment in the project was secondary to the detail and perfection of the whole scope. "The estimate started as 360 for 4 hours and then the email said there was a 7 hour labor in total. They included the ladder and paintbrush in the materials. I don't know why I would have to buy a new ladder for them or a bucket. The paint brush I could understand but I don't think I should have to buy it from them. There were too many ridiculous fees on top for the small job."

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."
