This is a con artist. He hires subcontractors to do his work and then ghosts them without pay. He takes payment from the client but does not pay his laborers. He is the most dishonest ?businessman? ever. Do not get fooled by him.

Lack of communication among themselves and with customer is extremly disappointing. Some of subcontractors they hire are very good professionals. However so called project management is non- existent. It has been the worst experience. No customer should be treated like the way we were treated.
