First off couldn’t recommend, Jacob Sanborn, the owner of Expo enough! I was hesitant to go with his services at first because this was a large project, but I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. He is punctual, determined, extremely friendly, has a great eye for detail, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a great work ethic! He got the job done without cutting corners and provided fair pricing. I could tell through his work he has a passion for what he does. For our house remodel he went above and beyond and I was in tears when I saw the finished product. He always checked with my husband and I to make sure we were satisfied with our choices and the price in flooring, countertops, cabinets, etc before installing them and even made several tasteful recommendations. He made any necessary changes when there was something we didn’t like after it was installed. I was impressed by how quickly he worked to get us to the finish line opposed to other contracting companies that push out large remodels like this for months and months. He was also fairly young which made me nervous at first but his skills could rival, even surpass, someone whose been in the business 40 years. If you are looking for a contracting service for a house remodel look no further, this is your guy.
