Sweetwater Electric installed my Generac whole house generator. Part way through the installation, we discovered a problem with the landscaping and placement of the generator. Sweetwater was patient while we worked out the issue and resumed work the day after the landscaper left. Alan and Thomas worked well together as a team and finished the installation without a problem. I would highly recommend them for your Generac, or general electrical, work. They are conscientious, hardworking, amenable and clean up after the job is complete. What more could you ask for?

The technicians were on time, polite and respectful. They were knowledgeable about their work. They vaccum up debris from there work. However, they did not provide me with a receipt upon payment, stating a receipt would be email. they did not follow any COVID-19 protocol, such as wearing face covering. Other than this it was pleasant doing business with Sweetwater Electric.

On time, went about the job and cleaned up after. Very pleased.

After scheduling, they contacted me to say there was a new opening for an earlier time, so we were able to get the project done even sooner, and they had better prices than the other people I had talked to. The technician was prompt, very nice, and did amazing work with the lighting fixtures. Everything came out leveled and centered. Would recommend to anyone!

The work done by Devon and Josh was excellent they knew what they were doing ,and Ron And Steve who did the gas hook up was also excellent . We had a Little delay getting them on the job but they were worth it.

Clean work, on time and very friendly

We needed 4 ceiling fans installed. I had no true knowledge of the process but thanks to Derek and his team I'm more informed. Derek was patient and gave me advisement based on the photos I sent. With the Pandemic, I was not sure when his team would be able to do the job, but I was in for a pleasant surprise. I called Wednesday and he scheduled for the following day. His team was on time and definitely went the extra mile. At these trying times, when everyone's patience is short, his team could not have been more professional and kind. They even checked on another issue that wasn't even on the books. Alan was thorough and determined to troubleshoot. Its so hard to find good customer service but his team was exceptional. I was so pleased with the job, I was disappointed to hear that they don't offer other services besides electric. Sweetwater will be my goto for all my electrical needs. If you want your job done right, call Derek and his team. I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you again to Derek and his team.

Great work, thorough, and followed through to the end. Electrical panel upgrade required coordination with Detroit Edison crew and came off without a hitch. Friendly crew and great to work with!

Overall the experience was pleasant. It was a three day project and no major complaints. Other than wire clippings, wood chips and various other components left on the ground. Derek was slow to return messages at times. But was really helpful when speaking with him. I would recommend using their services.
