"My daughter had a back water valve fail at her house. She had sewer water coming up the basement drain. JD called me within minutes of my inquiry on Angie's list. "Turns out the leak was the result of a years-old faulty faucet part. The tech had a replacement in his truck that he was able to get to work -- and that was three years ago and it still works fine. We really appreciate what he did because our water bill actually went down.
I'm not sure about the actual service date but it soon after we bought the coupon.
