They charged us 85.00 to come out and tell us they could not clean out our septic system. They did not disclose the price of service call ahead of time. They were unprofessional on the phone.

"Mr. Bauer, we can appreciate your opinion and your right to leave a bad review however you did not state the facts. The truth is, your tank was over 3 feet deep with two 24 inch main caps that needed to be uncovered. My Maricopa rules and regulations, your tank should not be more that 6 inches below grade without main cap risers on it. We can not hand dig two 3 foot holes 3 feet in diameter (would need it that big to get to main caps or dirt would fall in tank). Like any business, most people charge a service call. We had 2 technicians on site with a pump truck to tell you what you didn't know and that was where your tank was and how deep it was. We recommended taking a mini excavator out to uncover it and add risers and pump it out the right way. You were so belligerent on the phone yet you accuse me of being unprofessional. You also forgot to mention in this review that we did not cash your $85 check and instead waved it. So we did not charge you. Please next time you write a review, state the facts. Our business and reputation speaks for itself. Unfortunately we can't please everyone."

great company. super friendly one the phone. even when the closing date on my house got moved up i called and rescheduled without any issues. the service i jad was a pump and inspection. only took about 1 hour. the guys that showed up were awesome. very professional and answered all my questions. only draw back was the 1 hour of work cosr about 650 dollars. seemed a lil high
