"My experience from the beginning to the end was exceptional!! Dan called me back immediately after I left a message and scheduled someone to come out the very next day to do an estimate. Dustin was punctual, friendly and extremely helpful in providing suggestions and helping me envision a landscaping design. After discussing the details, Dustin was able to provide me with a quote as well as the date they could start work. I was in contact with Dustin prior to the work starting to run ideas by him and ask questions. He was always extremely patient with me and very helpful. Brooks Landscaping started work on the exact day they promised and the crew was very courteous and friendly. I was extremely involved in the process every step of the way and felt that it was important to them that I was engaged and 100% satisfied with everything. The entire project ended up taking 2 days and I was pleased that the crew cleaned up the “work site” both days. Overall they exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the outcome. "I had a crack and large leak in my main lawn irrigation line and went on here to try to find someone who could fix it fast as my grass was starting to die. Mo was the first person to respond to my query and very quickly reached out to me within minutes of putting through my request. He was polite and knowledgeable and after sending him a few photos of my issue he said he knew exactly what needed to be done. We agreed on a very fair repair cost and he offered to come out to do the repair even though it was on a Sunday. When he arrived he spent the time to explain to me exactly what he was going to do and about how long it would take. After thoroughly completing the repair he even took the time to answer some other questions I had about my system and also helped me adjust some of my other zones to make them work better. "Mike and his crew helped replace our old and decrepit deck with a concrete brick paver patio. Throughout the whole process, they were a joy to work with. Not only was their price very reasonable (it came in between two other quotes), Mike also took his time to explain what to look for in a paver patio and what design elements would fit our vision. He also educated us on the installation process of the patio from the very beginning. Once the construction started, it went much quicker than we had expected. And throughout the process, Mike continued to communicate with us changes that needed to be made based on the elevation of our yard. He always gave us choices on the changes, and we often consulted him on the better choice. Because we were working from home, we were able to observe Mike and his crew working on the patio. It was very clear that Mike took great care with the little details to make the patio perfect. Based on the similar care his crew members showed, it was clear that Mike also imparted the importance of quality work to them. Work quality aside, Mike was also wonderful and respectful from the first time we talked. When we first met, he was kind enough to wear a mask when he saw that I was also wearing a mask. I truly appreciated his understanding in my desire to keep myself and family safe. I also appreciate his effort in learning to pronounce and use my name - itâ s not something that other contractors even attempted. My wife also enjoyed talking to Mike. Specifically, she appreciated that Mike treated her and I with the same amount of respect. Her experience with most contractors is often unpleasant because they would talk around her or dismiss her questions or suggestions. Mike, however, listened to her input and respected her decisions. We are very satisfied with the result, and more important, we enjoyed our interactions with Mike throughout the entire process of the project. In fact, we have already started talking to Mike about returning at a later time to landscape our front lawn.
