They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. We highly recommend Wolverine Contracting and will be contacting them for any future projects."

"We had been seeing Renaissance Restoration ads in the Grosse Pointe News for a while, so when it was time for renovations we decided to give them a call for a quote on our work. Mr. Craig, the owner came out and talked to us about our kitchen project as well as flooring. The amount of time they spent blew away the competition. During the entire time of the project we were made to feel that our investment in the project was secondary to the detail and perfection of the whole scope. "My wife and I purchased 30 Sunrise vinyl windows and a sliding door from Kotch’s Windows-N-More and had them installed in Aug 2017. Our home was built in 1998 and the original wood windows were in need of replacement. Mike Kotch and his team were fantastic! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too. Very happy with my overall experience with Kotch’s Windows-N-More and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows!"

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."
