They scheduled the appointment for the next day and called when they were on their way to give the estimate. They stayed in contact with me and was willing to go out of their way to answer any questions I had. Ed came out and quoted the job and thoroughly explained how they would remove our 45ft tree. A week later I get a call they are on their way and 3 hours later the tree is gone and the only remnant is the broken ground where the stump was removed. I am over the moon happy with the job!
