Ron was very good about matching the replacement bricks. He was very diligent about doing the best job possible so I would not have to worry about any future problems with my chimney . I would recommend his excellent repair abilities to neighbors and friends who need brick repairs.

I was getting bids for job and The Yellow Rose Builders, Inc. was the first bidder and they were the first to give a proposal. Permits were required and they were not pulled. Half of the work was not done and they placed a 5 thousand dollar charge on my credit card and other bids came in at 2500.00. There was no signed contract and did some of the work and they charged me 5 thousand no permits and only did half the work.

"Good morning Sharon, after several attempts to accommodate your schedule, Shawn came out today and at your request, you had your Handyman meet with him who doesn't have any Masonry experience. Based on our assessment the threshold is a minor issue. We would be happy to work with you but not to a belligerent combative foul mouthed handyman. Shawn went back out with the inspector from Birmingham, Michigan. Michael from the building department met Shawn and they looked at the job and he told Sharon there was nothing wrong. She told both of them to leave."

Ron and Roy did an excellent job on my project, starting with power cleaning all brick, porch and tuck pointing all needed areas and REPLACED 5 lentils over windows. When I was getting estimates, one competitor actually threw up his hands and said, "Heck, I would hire THEM if I were you!" Glad I did. I've since hired Yellow Rose for a small concrete job at another home. Great guys, many years of experience, enjoyable to work with.

I had both some masonry and roofing done. The estimate was reasonable and so was the final price. Greg and his crew were very professional, tidy, friendly, and did their jobs well. I am happy with my garage roof and the masonry work they did on both the garage and chimney. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Greg came prepared to do the job with matching vinyl pieces! Other companies wanted me to compromise with a similar pattern that didn't match my current siding. Greg was very nice and did not mind my inquiries. He is going to come back at no charge and replace a piece of siding on the front of my home. I have also hired him to return in a few weeks to do some brick and mortar repair to my chimney. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and the quality of the completed repair work.
