Grammatico Masonry

Patrick Grammatico, of Grammatico Masonry, just did a great job on my fireplace repair. He was very knowledgeable and competent, his rates were very reasonable, he returned calls promptly and showed up right when he said he would. Really a pleasure to deal with.

Repaired and added pavers to front porch, removed concrete sidewalk  & installed paver sidewalk. Patrick Grammatico met us at the store and helped us select the pavers.  He suggested a unique solution to our cracked porch that saved us money and made it into a lovely and well supported paver porch.  It has been a year since the work and it looks fabulous. Pat worked hard, performed the work professionally, and cleaned up everything.  I would highly recommend Grammatico Masonry to anyone seeking a quality paver job.

I was impressed by the photos on his website, www.Ann-Arbor-Masonry.com so gave him a call. Patrick called right back. He was terrific, pleasant to work with, trustworthy. He was ready to start within a few days, and completed the job in two days. He did exactly what I asked him to do. After it was done I realized I wanted a few minor changes and he was quite friendly about making the changes and doing it right away for a reasonable extra cost. Given the changes some water gutter spouts had to be moved and he picked up the materials for it and did it himself, he said he likes to know the job is completely done. An honest hard working guy. Highly recommended.
