"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

The remote start on my ex wife's Kia, they found that there was already one in it from the factory and sent us to the Kia dealer to get new remotes for it saving us over$100. Top notch service from everyone there, would recommend them very highly . You don't find honesty like John and Randy in business any more. Will be using their servicesn again very soon to pour a backup camera into our daughters truck. Highly recommended."

In most cases, homeowner’s insurance policies include coverage for hail-damaged roofs, but you should check your policy to confirm that you’re covered. Even if your insurance company will cover the damage, you may not have enough damage to warrant filing a claim. Remember, you’ll still have to pay your deductible, which ranges from $500 to $2,000 in most cases and may be more than the cost to repair the damage without involving your insurance provider. Plus, filing a claim may raise your premium.

Most insurance companies require a hail damage insurance claim to be filed within one year of the date the hailstorm happened. However, each insurance carrier and policy is different, so check with your specific carrier before you decide to delay filing a claim. In general, the quicker you file a hail damage claim, the better the outcome will be.
