It went very well. They were able to fix the window ahead of their estimated time. They were friendly, nice and thoroughly professional.

I arrived about 10am requesting an estimate, and a time frame for the replacement. The estimate was completed within 5 min., and I was informed they had time to do the job around 11:30am that day. The cost was well within the two other estimates I obtained, and the same day service was the determing factor. I droped the car off at 11:30am, and picked it up around 1:30pm. The staff was very professional and great to deal with. This is the second time I have used their services, and have been pleased each time.

I got a huge crack in my windshield.  I called them on a Wednesday and they set up an appointment to come to my work the very next day to install my new windshield at a price that was cheaper than I expected.  They showed up within the agreed upon time frame and the guy who came was very polite and professional.  He even offered to come up to my office in the multistory building to get my key.  When I set up the appointment, after they provided me with the quote, when I told them I heard about them on Angie's List, they told me I would get new windshield wiper blades and a treatment like RainX for free, which was awesome.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody.

My Chevy Equinox had a cracked windshield clear across the entire windshield.  Called and scheduled apt to have windshield replaced.  Gentleman who answered was informative and helped with the insurance claim process.  Arrived for my apt, waited for about 1.5 hours while service was completed and was on my way.  They walked through every step of process and there were no surprises.  When I booked this apt, I was worried that I might have issues with leaks and poor seals width having an entire windshield replaced. I had researched other window replacement business but based on customer reviews decided to try Troy Auto Glass.  I've had no issue whatsoever with the work done to my vehicle and would use them again.

My windshield was struck and cracked by a rock while driving on I-75 on my way to work.  Throughout the day the crack grew and the windshield needed replacing.  I contacted my insurance company and selected Troy Auto Glass as the servicer primarily because they are located close to work and it was pretty icy and snowy out.  They were able to fix my car that same day which was awesome.  I had to pay my $250 deductable which is not awesome, but that's my fault for setting it that high.  Anyway, back to Troy Auto Glass - super friendly customer service, they offered me a desk space so that I could do some work, offered me coffee, tea, etc. and most importantly fixed my car's broken windshield quickly and wonderfully.  They even had a cool Angie's List coupon for rain-proofing the windshield and super wiper blades.  I don't tend to need auto glass repair all that often, but this will definitely be the place when it's needed.

Troy Auto Glass is simply the best. I needed a windshield replacement for my van. The owner, Gary Laviolette, gave me an estimate and informed me of the possibility of rust prep due to age of the car for the price of $75.00. Making the appointment was so convenient. I was greeted by Gary and even given a place where I could use my computer as I had to wait for my van. Troy Auto Glass has a free Wi Fi which will be very convenient if I have to do computer work. I was also offered coffee. Gary showed me the rust and explained the work that needs to be done before putting the new windshield. The work area is really clean.
The entire work was completed as promised. My insurance covered the windshield replacement. I only paid for the rust treatment. No hidden costs.  I wish all companies will have the same work ethics. I surely recommend Troy Auto Glass for windshield replacement.It deserves Angies List's 2015 Award.

Last week, a huge rock left a dime sized crater in my windshield that slowly cracked across the entire piece of glass. Driving in Michigan, you are either going to have several ruined tires or ruined windshields over your car's lifetime. I have always used Henderson Glass in Troy (on Rochester Road), and they are consistently snotty, rude, and my last  windshield replacement had an air leak that whistled over 60 mph. I refused to use them again, and I was glad to find Troy Auto Glass. I highly recommend them. The crack happened Friday night, and by Saturday morning, I was speaking with a very professional Troy Auto Glass
employee who helped me file my insurance claim over the phone and had appointments as early as Monday or Tuesday. The office is very clean, and I was greeted right away at my appointment time. They said they would have the car fixed before they closed at 5 p.m., and I received a call at 4:30 p.m. saying the work was completed. The new windshield looks great, and it does NOT whistle while driving!
Troy Auto Glass was even kind enough to waive a portion of my insurance deductible and give me a complimentary can of  windshield cleaner. Hopefully, I will not need another windshield anytime soon, but I will recommend them in the meantime. I send a "BIG" thanks to Troy Auto Glass.

I called on a Saturday and the representative was very helpful and courteous.  I was scheduled for Monday.  They took my car in promptly at my appointment  time.  I was offered coffee or water and all staff was very professional and courteous. The repair was completed in less time than anticipated.

I had a several stones chips on the windshield of my new car and wanted the windshield replaced.  They were recommended by the dealer and were on AAA's approved vendor list.  They agreed to replace the windshield on a date that I requested and offered the option of doing the work at my home, place of work, or at their facility.  I preferred to have the work done at their facility if they could offer me a ride to and from work, which said would not be a problem.  On arrival, they promptly drove me to work.  They called 4 hours later that the car could be driven and immediately picked me up at work and drove me back to their facility.  The workmanship was beautifully done with no cleanup required on my part..  I would use their services again.
