Looked at the faucet to determine the issue and began locating the part he needed to replace (cartridge), he immediately got in touch with his supplier and in less than 30 min. he was able to get the part and get to work. A simple note on the value of integrity... I was initially quoted a price that was $8.00 more than what I paid. But because the part he purchased was cheaper by $8, he passed off the savings to me as well. He could have simply stayed silent, pocketed that 8 dollars and I would have been none the wiser. (And probably would have still written a positive review.) There aren't a lot of people who would pass that saving on to their customer. I look back at that and am happy that Affordable Heating Cooling & Plumbing to take care of my leaky faucet.
