They did a good job. They had it ready the next morning so I was really satisfied with that.

They were very kind in trying to get me into another vehicle with a car note that was a little less than the previous one that still had the features I needed and the space I needed. The salesman was just wonderful. They really try to work with you to get you into a car you can afford. I didn't really shop around in terms of pricing. My father was a white collar worker at Ford, so I always used to go to Ford. I don't have a real sense of what it would cost because I think the price they charge the families of Ford workers is kind of set. It's not something you really have to negotiate. They have been responsive and they are very professional.

I like it. It's very good service, you have a pleasant waiting room. They serve you coffee. They get the work done right away, you're not there too long. The pricing is reasonable. The quality of service is very good. They are very professional.
