"After a devastating flood in May 2020, our crawl space encapsulation needed seams repaired and vapor loc replaced, and gravel added around a pump. The crew, Jacob and Dan, are experts in their field. They were very professional, explained what the plan was to repair the encapsulation, and then when the work was completed, they had us view the work and made sure it was completed to our satisfaction. "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
