Rob's Window and Glass Repair

Great. He came out to inspect the broken window quickly. It took a week to get the glass ordered, but as soon as it was in, we schedule the install and it took less than an hour to complete the install. Everything was as it should be. No issues, no surprises, no broken promises.

I had five windows that had fogged and needed to be replaced.  Rob scheduled a time to come out and inspect what needed to be done and showed up right on time.  When it came time for the installation, he and his crew again showed right on time and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Rob is a pleasure to do business with and shows pride in the work he does.  I would not hesitate to call him again in the future.

Bruce came out twice, once for the estimate and the other for the install. He did a great job, was fair, honest and did more than expected.  His coworker and he replaced two window sashes and glass, caulked bases of 30+ windows, and even installed door weatherstrip because I wasn't sure when my husband could get to it.  They removed all my window screens and made sure all my old windows were locked for proper winter sealing.   He answered a lot of questions and provided great advice about future new windows with no pressure.  I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.  

The work was done perfectly. Rob knows what he is doing. He understands tints on glass. He has years of experience.

Did an excellent job, great prices - highly recommend.

The folks at Rob's Window Repair did a very good job.  Our only comment regarding some frustration in getting the job scheduled.  Unfortunately Rob's truck broke down and the father of his partner had severe illness in the family at the same time, and they could not come out for the first appointment.  After that we had some frustration getting an appointment quickly as we were running out of time and had our move date scheduled.   We had to put some pressure on the folks at Rob's to shuffle appointments around to get the job done earlier so Rob's folks were not fixing the sun porch window sills while the movers were there packing all on the very same day.
      Once we all took our planners and shuffled dates around, it all worked out well.  Rob's workmen came out at the appointed date we all finally agreed upon.  They worked quickly and efficiently, and even had to remove all the windows completely to fix the wood.  They painted and cleaned up the whole site such that it looked professionally completed, renewed, and fresh.  We were very pleased.  Rob himself came out to look things over at the end of the job to make sure his team had done it to his standards.  He was very cordial and easy to talk to and work with.  We really liked Rob and his staff and appreciate the fact they charged us such a minimum rate even though they had to take the windows out to do the work. 
       We truly believe that our scheduling mix up and problems with that were just the result of a very tough week for Rob and his team, and we would like that to be noted by others considering Rob to do any job.  His honesty, hard working team, and his appearance to check the job himself were definitely noted, and we would recommend Rob's Window Repair to others!!!

Great experience from start to finish. They responded quickly to my email, scheduled the appt and arrived on time. The issue was diagnosed quickly and repaired right then. I have older windows, so the technicians even took the time to answer my questions about further changes/maintence I planned for the spring.

Rob and Bruce were always punctual. If there was a delay due to weather or materials, they always called to notify us and reschedule. Their workmanship was top notch and they took great care to keep our home clean, by laying tarps on the floor and cleaning up any debris afterwards. They are one of the only window repair companies in our area. The best part is that they saved us at least $10,000 by repairing, rather than totally replacing our windows. I recommend them to anyone needing window repairs.
