Larry B. came out to measure and quote us. On vinyl plank flooring for our entire first floor. He is very friendly and has a wealth of knowledge. Very happy to answer all of our questions and was always quick to return our emails. We chose to find flooring at the warehouse (rather than choose from the samples he brought) and the woman at the store was also extremely helpful and friendly. It only took about 3 weeks to get our floors installed after paying deposit. The installers were very personable, respectful by wearing masks, and did a fantastic job. They also were very knowledgeable and were very conscious of making sure they were doing things exactly how we wanted. It was a large job (ripping out old flooring in kitchen, dining, living, and family rooms. They then added subfloors in 2 of the rooms and then installed the flooring and molding. They were at our house from 830-6 the first day and 8:30-7:30 the 2nd day and worked their butts off. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish!

Sales person was great, friendly and not pushy like other sales people. Price beat the competition (one company quote me 4x what world of floors prices) . The installation crew came on time and friendly.
