"The repair person, Keith, came a couple weeks ago and had to order the defroster for the refrigerator.  The part was delayed coming but the technician came back once (without charge) just to manually thaw out the coils so the refrigerator would continue to cool properly.  The part was installed today and the refrigerator runs great.  He explained what was going on, exactly what it would cost, and tried to keep me informed as to the part's arrival and installation.  I would definitely recommend their services!

"Went very well. In spite of my forgetting our qppointment rirst made, Kevin returned a couple of weeks later and impressed me by the care he took to check out our system, which had seemed to be taking too long to cool our house. Unfortunatel, he discovered that the compressor was not even working, and we would need either a new compressor or a completely new system. We chose the latter, and they have promised to be back here tomorrow to install a new Ingersoll=Rand replacement for our 31 yeqr-old Lenox system at a pioce I saw as quite resonable compared to the cost of just replacing the old compressor.
