"In mid January, we went to their showroom and picked out the faucets, mirrors, toilet and grab bar we wanted installed.  One of the mirrors was on back order.  We wanted to continue our part of the remodeling, so we decided to have the other items installed in late February.  It turned out that the wrong tank for the toilet was delivered to Brinkers and had to be reordered, so the toilet could not be installed on that date.  In mid March, the toilet and mirrors were finally installed.  Also, the grab bar was not installed properly and that was corrected at that time.

"Started with brand of furnace, asked what I had done to attempt to fix the problem.  (It was then that I realized how 'ignorant' I really am.)  She recommended I check the circuit breaker.  Never occurred to me to check since I had electricity on the first and second floors.  Got a bit suspicious when the stairwell light to the basement didn't come on.  So, I got a flashlight and checked the breaker.  Turned it off and then on again.  And ... low and behold, the furnace came on.  (guess who was Very Embarrassed)   We went on to chat a bit to make sure it was going to stay on.  She was very pleasant and understanding.  I inquired about replacing my furnace humidifier and she gave me information as well as cost.  A bit pricey, but I'm fairly confident I will call back and schedule to have them install one.

In spite of my forgetting our qppointment rirst made, Kevin returned a couple of weeks later and impressed me by the care he took to check out our system, which had seemed to be taking too long to cool our house. Unfortunatel, he discovered that the compressor was not even working, and we would need either a new compressor or a completely new system. We chose the latter, and they have promised to be back here tomorrow to install a new Ingersoll=Rand replacement for our 31 yeqr-old Lenox system at a pioce I saw as quite resonable compared to the cost of just replacing the old compressor. I'll review the installation later, but I expect good things from Kevin, who impressed me so faorably today."
