I asked him to give me a quote for changing all of the heat tape under my home, which he did, He and his son arrived exactly when they said they would. THAT ALONE IS A MIRACLE!! After Bob had been under the home for quite awhile checking everything out, he informed me that he would love to change the heat tape for me - but it was working fine and the other person had done a good job.. HOW WONDERFUL TO FIND AN HONEST PERSON!!! He and his son were very pleasant to work with, and very reasonably priced.. I had had other work done by a "Big" company earlier in the year - and I had asked them to give me a quote to put new heat tape on. This big named place gave me a quote of $3,000 to change the heat tape. I'll just bet they would have changed it - even though it wouldn't have needed to be. Thank you Bob for your honesty!!!
