"It's great to know that our crew did a great job on your bathroom vent repair. Thank you so much for taking a moment to share your positive feedback and rating, Aram! We appreciate it! The My Handyman Team"
"The door in question had been kicked in and the steel door was bent and the frame was broken. Our Technician recommended a new door, but the customer insisted he attempt to repair the door instead. The customer did not want to pay for any new door parts, so the Technician did the best he could with what he had to work with. All the customer wanted was for the door to close. It closed when he left, but soon came out of adjustment and the customer called to complain. We guarantee all our work, so we immediately returned and replaced the hinges at our cost. The door now works as good as it is going to due to the fact it was damaged beyond repair when it was kicked in. As of this response the customer has never paid for the service."
