Dewitt Home Services

DeWitt Home Services was contracted for kitchen work. They substituted almost all of the items ordered in the contract, including the cupboards, countertop, vent hood, and back splash tile with other items. Upon research visiting Home Depot, we found out the raised panel cupboards they installed in place of our ordered shaker cupboards were of a lesser value than the ones we paid for. The granite we ordered was not installed. We are not sure what it is they installed in its place and it has a large overhang over the interior of the undermount sink. The tile is not the size ordered. Some of the cupboards are not the size ordered. The vent hood ordered was white and they put in a dented, stainless steel one. The subcontractors were in our home after the company fired them as reported by the owner. When contacted & pictures/written lists of breaches of contract provided, DeWitt said they would fix things. To date none of the issues have been addressed; DeWitt has not fixed anything.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS we gave this company over $3000 in July to replace our windows, they told us 2-3 weeks, as of today 10/23/23 no windows, they promised to come install 3 times but NO SHOW and when called them they hangup on me, Finally i called them last week and a the same guy i spoke to in the past answered but told me he is the cleaning crew and no one is in the office (11:45AM). HAHA Nice Try

Stand up company, they proved me wrong !!â in the beginning. Having custom windows installed takes a while to manufacture. I had to understand the process, while being. Impatient. Very professional. I have dealt with many contractors. Dewitt Home Services are the best. They began the work on time. The workers are courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned up as the work was in process. I am absolutely pleased with my new garage roof. I can and will recommend this company.

They weren't interested in developing a quality relationship and there actions demonstrated just that.

The roofing crew (TKO) was great. Dewitt, on the other hand, needs some serious work when it comes to dealing with the customer. From the very beginning the company representatives lied to me. First it was failure to drop off samples for my selection. Second was failure to provide any advance notice of actual start date, had to contact the representative to find out when the roofers would be onsite which happened to be the same day. Third, failure to obtain the permit from the city offices and being cursed out by the representative when questioned about it after I informed the representative that I would not pay the balance until I received a copy of the permit. Fourth, I contacted the home office to inquire about the permit. I was informed by the office manager that the permit had been applied for on line. When I contacted the city office in person; I was informed that online permits were not allowed. Finally, the sales manager did not have the common courtesy to confront me face to face, instead sent a ?customer friendly? representative to collect the balance owed on the project.

I had gutters replaced and glass block windows installed snd I am extremely satisfied. Both groups of men were professional and very nice. They cleaned up when finished and did a great job!
