"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! It was a pleasure working with you. We appreciate you taking the time to provide a review. I will be sure Nick and his crew see this."
"Thanks [Member Name Removed]! I just now found this review almost 2 years later! Angie's list used to send me an email when receiving a new review but that is no longer the case. Hey, thanks again. We truly appreciate it."
I have received many compliments on the finished cement surface (though I need to complete the remainder of the garage), and would contact NC Cement again if I needed a service they offer. Very professional, punctual, courteous. Can't say enough really.
"Thank you [Member Name Removed], I'm glad you enjoyed the new flooring!"
In summary, I would recommend N.C. Cement but I would make sure the saw cut crew would be on time and do a good cleanup.
The work was completed in a very workmanlike manner. It looks wonderful and held up very well over this past winter.. We had some issues regarding one spot and they are coming out to take care of it. Tom thanks for all your hard work..
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! I wish I had seen this sooner. I was not aware of the new posts, as the notices are no longer sent to my email. It must be due to the changes made within Angie's List. I will be sure to share this with the guys."
"Thank you, [Member Name Removed]. Your review is appreciated. I will be sure to share this with the guys!"
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]. We appreciate you writing this review. I'll be sure to share it with the guys. I'm sorry I did not see this sooner."

He had called to let us know when they would be out a few days ahead of time, and even earlier than expected. That was terrific! The NC Cement workers were here early, worked hard, were very polite and professional, did an excellent job and worked extremely hard. Tom even showed up and just checked on everything and everything was going smoothly and terrific!
They put the finishing and final touches the next day after the cement was finished and the gentlemen that were working on that cleaned up everything and even its surrounding area. I was impressed and they even cleaned our driveway and paid very great attention to detail in making sure everything looked great. Our colored cement looks amazing and we LOVE IT!
I told Tom how impressed with are with NC Cement and already have given out his number to a friend that was over today! She needs a new drive way and garage done. I am extremely impressed and pleased with their work and I would HIGHLY recommend NC Cement to anyone looking to get a contractor company that works hard, does an excellent job and is very personable, efficient, reliable and just great to interact with! They gave me a great experience!
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! I wish I had seen this sooner. I used to get email notification when a new review posted but apparently that has stopped. I will be sure to print this out for Tom and the crew to see. It really goes a long way with these guys; knowing how their work is appreciated."
The crews arrived four weeks late. They were messy, inconsiderate of our personal property. They were uncooperative with others on the job work in our pool installing tile. The staining powder they used floated everywhere, staining our fence, neighbors siding and cement and elsewhere. The promise of clean up was a joke. They hauled away most of the concrete pad but left pieces 4and quot;x4and quot; and smaller scattered and buried all over. They left our side yard filled with 6-12 inch tracks and refused to make good and fill them in. They left stain, foam and concrete in our pool that was white. The pool shifted and they were to remedy that but never returned.
They were so excited about a job they were doing elsewhere most of the crew went back and forth to see the work.
Men from the company did return in the spring of 2012 to reseal the deck finish but never returned to take care of a a few cracks.
Very poor workmanship.
"I was taken by surprise reading this post because when he paid us after completion, the only issue was the sealer which we returned for when the weather allowed us to in the spring. After some investigation, we discovered the member is actually Pastor [member name removed], whom we did a job for at [member information removed]. It was very difficult to figure out who this post was actually coming from as we did not do any work at the address listed (which is his church), or for the member or person known as [member name removed]. We did do a job for Pastor [member name removed], however the total cost was $15,300. I see he has changed the amount from the $25,000 he originally posted. The job we did for him was VERY old pool rehab. Their issues with the pool have nothing to do with our company. The ‘shifting’ happened when they filled the pool due to the weight of the water and the age ( appx 50 yrs) of the pool. The integrity of the pool was not our responsibility, nor did the replacement of the concrete pool deck have any effect on the existing pool. We had to wait for the tile guys they hired to finish their work before we could do ours, therefore we were delayed in starting and had to reschedule. The changes they made also played a factor in when our work was started. The release color that blows around and settles on other areas washed off as usual. We told him there would be a mess and it was cleaned up as we said it would be. The inside of the pool was already very dirty from other contractors as well as nature, and needed to be cleaned out before they filled it. As far as the tracks left in the yard, he was told what equipment would be used and where, and it was understood that landscaping was not a part of the contract. We do our best to preserve existing landscaping. We often do 2 jobs in the same area and pull laborers from one to the other to reduce down time and increase man power where needed, therefore I find his statement about our excitement irrelevant."

"Thank you."
NC Cement, was great! They were wonderful! They did more (extra) than what we had agreed on and they made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction..
