"Easy to schedule, arrived on time, communicated well. We had 9.5 years on our water tank, but I never drained it. They showed me how easy it is to drain and clean it out to get longer life out of the new tank. Should be able to get longer life out of this one."

"Mr. Pipey Plumbing is awesome! I had a new renant move in Friday. He found the shower and sink drains clogged, so I called Mr. Pipey at 3:00, set up an appointment, they showed up same day from a job location down the road, assessed the issue, and rocked out my drain issues in the bathroom. They got there at 5, out by 6 - all clear. Professional, easy to work with, tenant is happy, cost was very reasonable and fair. I will use them again now at my rental house locations."

"I called All-ways Dry LLC  when I discovered water running down our basement wall. I had used this company's services in the past at another house I owned.  Eric and Matt  accessed the water damage and the cracks.. They explained the repair process in detail. Since it was late in day when they arrived they  rescheduled the repair for the following week. No additional trip charge. When they arrived the second time they had to remove the crumbling concrete around the I -beam  and fix the vertical crack in the wall, and repaired 12 rod holes.  I was impressed with their work ethics. They were very precise in making sure the repair was done right. I was also impressed with the amount of work they had to do. They completed the repairs in 3.5 hours and cleaned up the debris and dust.  They answered any questions I had about the repair process. The charge $700.00. I would not consider any other  company for wall repair and  waterproofing needs!!

French Drains questions, answered by experts

There are several common signs that your main sewer line may be clogged. Key indicators include multiple fixtures in your home draining slowly, gurgling sounds coming from drains or toilets, and water backing up into showers, sinks, or toilets. You might also notice water backing up from the plumbing system's drain cleanout, water in your basement drain, or unexplained wet patches on your lawn. Foul odors, such as the smell of raw sewage or rotten eggs, are another common symptom. The most reliable way to confirm a main sewer line clog is to hire a professional plumber to perform a camera inspection.

You can drain a hot tub very quickly by using a submersible pump rather than the hose-sized drain at the bottom exterior of the tub. A pump can move up to 30 gallons per minute, draining your hot tub in no time. Using the regular drain can take up to two hours.

Yes, chemical drain cleaners contain sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, both of which are not only dangerous to your health but also extremely caustic. Drain cleaners will corrode your pipes and could lead to destroyed drain lines, especially if the chemicals interact with the piping for long periods. Unfortunately, this extended interaction is likely if you’re dealing with a clog, as the drain cleaner will have just as much trouble as water does moving through your plumbing system.

While technically possible, it is unlikely that a clogged toilet will fix itself. Clogs caused by water-soluble materials like toilet paper or human waste may eventually break down in the water, allowing flow to resume. However, this can take time, and any clogs from solid objects require manual removal. In most scenarios, especially if you don't have another bathroom, it is best to fix the clog yourself or call a plumber.

An active cleaning agent and a drain snake is the best way to clean a main sewer line. You can purchase a regular or enzyme drain cleaner or make a DIY drain cleaner with baking soda. Use your chosen solution at least once a month or as needed to keep your sewer line clear.
